Fixed Ops Digital started working with Cable Dahmer Chevrolet of Kansas City in July 2018 and have been focusing on creating additional organic search traffic and converting more service traffic to appointments scheduled online, phone calls and Dealer Wallet service special pass installs. Cable Dahmer Chevrolet of Kansas City had previously been using Dealer Wallet coupon technology through the CDK Global partnership. General Motors and other dealerships who utilize the CDK website platform can now integrate Dealer Wallet as a conversion tool with their current service specials.

The first part of our organic strategy for this Chevrolet dealer was to build a robust Service Menu Page that offered website visitors a large variety of services. We worked with the dealership’s Fixed Ops managers and group marketing department to identify t services they wanted to showcase as specials on their website’s Service Menu Page. In the following months, we designed our strategy around building dedicated landing pages for each of the 7 services. We also continued to build out authoritative service details pages for common Chevrolet services that the dealership did not want feature as current specials. Dedicated fixed ops content pages are the foundation of a strong fixed ops presence online.

The Fixed Ops Digital team utilized the native CDK Global site editor inside the General Motors provided CDK Global website platform to build technically sound SEO pages that appeal to both search engine and website visitors. The content is built the right way and will continue to rank and drive traffic for the dealership for years to come.
