For the last 8-10 months CallSource has revamped their platform to better serve dealers and make it more user-friendly. Their new product, EveryLead funnels all consumer touch-points (webforms, calls, texts and chat) into one platform where dealers can manage everything in one location. This allows the dealer to see what kind of follow-up is happening and what’s driving the activity into the store.

CallSource began as a company that assigned different phone numbers to different campaigns to track activity. They have now expanded since realizing the amount of data from calls they could actually help the dealer convert more appointments, find gaps or training opportunities with their team.

A lot of money is spent at dealerships on digital advertising so being able to assist with transparency to see exactly what is driving traffic and activity is very helpful and CallSource does that for its clients.

CallSource has data that is unique to their platform that allows dealers to seek and improve. They can also put all of the information gathered into the stores Google Analytics so they can have a full spectrum of attribution from an ad campaign to the keywords that are driving traffic to the dealership to seeing what specific vendor products are getting these leads to the website.

CallSource is getting into text messaging as well. They did a case study with an OEM and by adding text messaging capabilities to the number listed on a dealers website it has shown to have a 20% lift in leads coming in to the store! Their platform is very easy to use with texting, allowing the employees to do all sorts of things, like take payments for the Service Department through it, send videos, send pictures, forward messages, and more while integrating with most CRM’s.
